Q: What's the deal with samples????One time I got a freebie, the next time just the product!!!
A: Everyone loves getting something for free, so it's become my bad business habit of popping extras into packaging. Unfortunately, I've had to restrain myself. My precious 2 oz bottles ran out from me sending them out all over the country. So as far as freebies, my policy is no policy. When I stop by the health food store, I grab a handful of glass sample bottles and give them out as I recieve orders until they're gone. If it's any consolation, I NEVER get any freebies when I bulk order from my suppliers. Not even a lollipop!
Q: How should I store my products?
A: Cool is best. The products are naturally preserved and cool air is a product's best friend. You may store your goods in the fridge or another cool place in the home. Keep water OUT of products that do not contain water. For example, EndAll is a product that does not contain water. If you introduce water into the product (via your hands or leaving the lid off in the bathroom, etc.) something will likely start to grow. The product comes to you preserved. Whatever you add to the mix (germs, water, etc.) means that you're in the lab creating something new. Have fun and send me pix!
Q: What's the shipping scenario?
A: I try my best to keep shipping charges low and that usually means that I shortchange myself a bit. For example, priority starts at 4.05. One would think that a single container of EndAll would ship for 4.05. Yet it doesn't. The size, weight, dimensions, and destination all must be considered. If you order a single container of EndAll, I'll likely ship it Priority in a priority bag OR First Class in a box or padded envelope. This keeps you from paying 5 bucks for shipping and me from paying extra, plus the box, plus the peanuts, etc. More on that later.
