Tracking Your Order

I work exclusively with Paypal and ship with them via the United States Postal Service. Your order is sent out 3-4 days after it is received...often sooner. Once I print out your shipping label, Paypal/USPS will send a confirmation email to my email address AND yours. We will both have the same information and it can be used to track your package every step along the way.

If you do NOT recieve this comfirmation email, it has more than likely gone to your spam inbox. Please check there first. If it is not there, simply send me an email from the same address used to process your order and I will forward my copy of your shipping information to you.

Unfortunately, my account does not accomodate ordering confirmation emails. In other words, after you order an automated email is not sent from Hair2Heaven. If you have a Paypal account, a receipt for your order will be sent to the email address associated with your account. My current workload does not allow for me to email every customer after I receive the order. Just know that I do work very hard to get orders on the road no later than 4 days (weekends included) after I receive them. If, for any reason, my send out day will exceed Day Four, I will certainly communicate this to you and send a little "butter you up" along with your order.
